Richie Goes To Hollywood
Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora is to write the film score for upcoming Hollywood action movie The Tournament.
The film stars Ving Rhames (Pulp Fiction, Mission Impossible III) and Robert Carlyle (Trainspotting, The Beach).
As well as "scoring some movies and TV shows" as he put it, Sambora has also been working with Kid Rock and rapper TI. And don't forget the work he did with LLCoolJ earlier this year.

SO, keep an eye out for the soundtrack. I'd be interested to see what he scores.
Maybe he'd even play [on] some of the tracks himself. I frankly can't see him writing a score and his fine fingers not itching to jump in. Of course, if it's orchestral score, maybe he'd be "stuck" having to tickle the ivories instead of caressing the strings...
Or maybe he'll just play bossman on this one. Either way, it'll be an interesting listen.
