Jolene

By now most of you know JBJ has been a little busy in the past few months.  Not only was he writing songs for movies and Bon Jovi records and hanging out with his other musical buddies the Beach Boys and Big & Rich, he spent a good deal of time songwriting with the lovely Soraia.  Those songs have made it to mastering, and will be available to the world very, VERY soon.

The first single from Soraia's second full-length studio album is a re-take on the Dolly Parton classic "Jolene."  This ain't your Daddy's country song, folks.  It's a dark, raw, powerful reinterpretation, with a little bit of a twist.  "Jolene" has had airplay on U.S. and U.K. rock radio shows, including WMMR Philadelphia's "Local Shots" with Jaxon.

Last week Soraia released their video of "Jolene."  Check it out, and stay tuned for more announcements about the Band-Most-Likely-to-Turn-Up on a stage near you as the Because We Can Tour rolls on...

I am in no way affiliated with the band or any of its members. I'm simply a fan looking for a way to celebrate my favorite band.
