Worldwide, Baby!

So there's lots goin' on in SoraiaLand these days... the worldwide release of In the Valley of Love and Guns is oh, so close... March 5th to be exact.  Last weekend Soraia threw a little hometown-party to celebrate their new record with fans, friends, and family at The Legendary Dobbs in Philly.  "Little Party" may be a bit of an understatement -- the place was packed and rockin', and lucky fans were the first to get their hands on the new CD.

Now that Soraia has shared the hometown Brotherly Love, this week they're celebrating in the City that Never Sleeps.

This Thursday night, February 28, 2013, another epic celebration of the fruits of two years' labors - In the Valley of Love and Guns.  Join Soraia for the Worldwide Release Party at Mercury Lounge in NYC!  What else is there to do in the Big Apple on a Thursday night, after all?

Doors open at 6:30 pm, showtime is 8:00 pm.  That gives you New Yawkers and North Jerseyites plenty of time to grab a bite, then hang out for a few cocktails with fellow Rockers.  You may even get a chance to say howdy to Living Legend Obie O'Brien. ;)

Don't live in NYC but still wanna go? Get on the bus!  Soraia has arranged for another of their awesome bus trips from the Philly/South Jersey area.  And it's FREE.  All you gotta do to get your Bus Pass is this:

1.  Buy your ticket to the show.   Leave it at will-call for no extra fee.
2.  E-mail Soraia your electronic ticket receipt and let them know where you plan to get on the bus.  Locations are:

  • Philadelphia:   Bus departs at 3:30 pm from the Home Depot Shopping Center near S. Columbus Blvd and E. Tasker Street (across the street from Club Risque)
  • South Jersey:  Bus departs between 4:00-4:15 pm from the Applebee's parking lot at the intersection of Route 541 and Hancock Lane, Mount Holly NJ (just off NJ Turnpike Exit 5)
  • The bus will leave the Mercury Lounge at 10 pm and drop you back where you came from--IF you wanna go back home.
**The bus is BYOB and BYOFood, so do with that as you will.... :)

3. Show up, relax, ride to NYC, experience a Rockin' Party, and be chauffeured home on a Rock-n-Roll Party Bus! How easy is that?

Worldwide Release Party details can be found on Soraia's Facebook event page and at Soraia.com.

Oh, and it you haven't ordered your copy of In the Valley of Love and Guns yet... tick tock! Preorders will be available through March 4, which is only a week and a half away.  You don't really wanna wait until release day to get this record... especially since you get an instant-download Bonus Track with your preorder.  It's the only way you can get your hands and ears on Against the Wall, co-written by Jon Bon Jovi.  So hurry up and go to Soraia.com to get it before it's gone!

And while you're waitin' and salivatin' for the new record, you can check out a live performance of Love Like VooDoo:
