I'm liking it...I has a SSJ feel with a little JBJ thrown in there. 2 thumbs up for me

I've heard Jon try different sounds and I get the whole motown meets 70s Elvis meets James Brown thing but I'm not sure his voice works with it. I laughed more than I listened.

It's an Otis Redding Song most famously covered by the Blues Brothers. What's not to love? LOL :)

Oh dear, that's just wrong!

Like he's having problems with his voice, sounds really bad here.

Sorry Jon... :(

Maybe it's associated with a humorous scene in the movie...where it's meant to sound disjointed and all-over-the-map. Honestly, this sounds like a "speak/sing" karaoke favorite.
I wonder how much effort Jon really put into this...almost as bad as his performance with Bettye LaVette at Obama's inauguration. That was truly something...I heard random people of all ages talk about "how terrible the guy was that sang through his nose".
It's kinda embarrassing because Jon can really bring it when he wants to.
