Free Sambora Friday!

From XPN.ORG

Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora, and New Jersey native Richie Sambora has been playing the guitar since he was twelve, inspired by the likes of Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, and Jimmy Page. He was the guitarist for the band Message before he was asked to join Bon Jovi in 1983.

Sambora has recorded eleven studio albums with Bon Jovi and released two solo albums, 1991's Stranger in This Town and 1998's Undiscovered Soul.

He has a new album, "Aftermath of the Lowdown," set for release on September 18.

Now Sambora will be gracing the downstairs stage at World Cafe Live for a Free at Noon session on September 14.

Hear a Live Friday concert at 12noon ET from WXPN and NPR Music!!

I have no idea if this is hear-able from outside the US, but you can try ahead of time. I'm sure someone will stream it and share it, but in case you're available to listen live, there ya go.

Also, if you're going to be in the area, you can register to attend in person.

I am in no way affiliated with the band or any of its members. I'm simply a fan looking for a way to celebrate my favorite band.
