Letterman
OK, so last night I was in fourth grade homework hell (it's diorama time, people!) so missed the Letterman webcast. The Jovi world does NOT wait for homework assignments.
The lovely Catte was able to capture most of it before her internet connection went Tango Uniform (if you don't speak military acronyms, check out the definition here) and got it up on my Mediafire.
Here was the set list. The starred items are available now, the others will be soon!
You Give Love a Bad Name*
We Weren’t Born to Follow*
Lost Highway*
It’s My Life*
What Do You Got?*
When We Were Beautiful*
Wanted Dead or Alive*
Who Says You Can’t Go Home
Keep the Faith*
Bad Medicine
Living on a Prayer
This article was a nice review of the evening, and this paragrah nicely summed it up.
The fans wanted the hits, and Bon Jovi didn’t disappoint, delivering 10 of their greatest career-spanning tracks. From the moment Jon leapt on stage and launched into “You Give Love a Bad Name,” the theater and computer speakers at home were set ablaze with high octane rock n roll and searing ballads.
Our friend Neurotica had one of her tweets culled from the zillions floating about the 'net last night:
Neurotica_ is it sad that I’m throwing my arms in air in middle of night to a computer screen? NaaaaahhhhNahhhh, not sad at all. In fact, I'd say you're doing just fine :)
Then, last night, the boys performed two songs on the late night show. The first, What Do Ya Got?
And the second, It's My Life:
These are also up on the Mediafire.
Finally, some shots of Jon arriving at the studio:
Happy Wednesday!
