I was hoping for at least a few dates in countries they haven't visited for a long time or not at all.

They're in the contest rules for the Valentine's contest on Bon Jovi's Facebook page, right under the list of prizes. The tickets they are giving away can be used at these shows/venues as well as some already-released dates.
