Slippery Anyone?

According to this article, when asked about the Circle Tour's set list, Richie said, “The repertoire is going to be vast. We’re going to go back and play some stuff we haven’t played in 20 years – like off of the first two albums.”

Sambora also hinted the band may play a couple of their classic albums in their entirety in some markets. And from the sounds of it, those classic songs will be enhanced by some seriously seriously high-tech props. "We have these robots that actually move the video screen around the stage," he said.

Really?  Robots?  Doesn't sound like our guys.  Though Jon does love his toys...

Well, that'll be a hoot-and-a-half...wonder if they'll dress the robots up in tight leather pants, and give them some of Richie's hats to wear :)

But what really got me in this interview was playing some of the albums in their entirety.

Good lord; to hear Slippery or New Jersey or *gasp* These Days LIVE in their entirety?  Holy hell, those shows would be hard to beat.

So guys, hey, I think that the Meadowlands shows would be PERFECT to do this.... Say, the first night?  *hint*hint*

Oh, and good luck with the robots.  Don't give Obie the remote; he's likely to make them goose you.
