This 5th Avenue Theatre`s Spotlight Night features discussions with Roosevelt High School graduate and MEMPHIS star Chad Kimball, creative team Joe DiPietro, book and lyric writer, David Bryan composer, and producers of this and other award-winning Broadway musicals. MEMPHIS is a high-energy new musical about race, romance, Rock N’ Roll and the segregated South of the 1950s. MEMPHIS follows the fictionalized life story of a white disc jockey who shocked his city by playing black music on the radio.

I thought it was a great program. Give it a look-see.
