Wanted Wednesday: June 11, 1998 (Richie)
Yes, we did one of these Richie/Tokyo shows last week, but this one is from June 11. Not the 14th.
Ahem.
Another Midnight Rider intro, another bluesy, growly slice of yummy goodness. Sorry, I'm just so pleased that Richie's back with the guys making music and looking happy. No, I'm not delusional -- I know I don't know the man, and he could care less what some frumpy forty-something in Beantown thinks -- but that doesn't change what I feel.
And listening to him sing just makes my heart soar. I can't wait for the goodies tonight.

Thanks for posting this, Hath. Love hearing him sing too... especially today of all days since we won't be there to see the magic in person.
