JonBon's Cake

I know, old news.  But I've been out of the loop for a while with some personal crap, so I'm playing catch-up -- bear with me :)

Here's the custom birthday cake that Chestnut Hill's Bredenbeck's Bakery (8126 Germantown) created for Jon Bon Jovi.  Gorgeous cake.  I wonder if it tasted as good as it looked?  And was it actually "cake" or was it "cereal treats"?  I watch Cake Boss lol and the Food Network Challenge and they get away with calling lots of things 'cake' that aren't technically cake.  Yeah, I obsess wonder about these things...

Amazing cake...but man, do I ever HATE that shirt Jon is wearing! It makes it look like something has gone freakishly wrong with his chest hair!

Like Jen, I also HATE that shirt!!! Looks tacky and ugly and it looks like a rag I'd clean my car with. Let it go Jon.. let the shirt go!!!!! LOL!!

As a rule, a cake NEVER tastes as good as it looks.
It's just one of those occasional gifts life gives you in order to prevent you from getting diabetes. ;)

I think the cake could look worse, but black cake can be offputting honestly. Is it just a dark brown or what? cause it honestly only makes me think of licorice!

I also wondered how much of that cake is edible, what the hell they used to keep the guitar neck up, and whether the guitar strings were something like hardened syrup or something... That tiny little thing he is holding on that facebook picture from I think last year is much better looking.
