I know that some of us could use a little help in the dieting department. We just need the correct bit of encouragement and inspiration, right?

You're going to want to do the following:
[1] Get yourself one of those record-able greeting cards.
[2] Take Jon's comments about the fridge and record the sound byte on the little recorder doo-hickey
[3] Attach said doo-hickey to the hinge of the fridge.
[4] Crave a nosh
[5] Open fridge
[6] Say 'Yes Jon' and close the fridge
[7] Repeat
Watch those unwanted pounds just drop away...

ROFL...that would definitely make me think twice (or start to resent Jon...)
Unfortunately, unless he was standing there slamming the fridge door shut for me, I don't think it will work for me! :-(

Unfortunately I need more then that! I need an excercise program that includes an extensive bedroom workout with the curly keyboardist... followed by some hydrotherapy in the shower with the dark and handsome...
