Another Lawsuit

The owners of Sally's Salloon & Eatery in Minnesota may be “Livin’ on a Prayer” after they got word that they are being sued by both Bon Jovi and Gwen Stefani for copyright infringement. This come as Taylor Swift recently just filed suit against a small time bar in Idaho for similar reasons.

According to TMZ, the bar “publicly performed” the artists’ music without proper permission or licensing. Now they want Sally’s Salloon to pay for the “damages” made.

Adding insult to injury, TMZ apparently contacted the Sally’s, only to find out that the bar was totally unaware that they were being sued.

The last sentence made me laugh.

I am in no way affiliated with the band or any of its members. I'm simply a fan looking for a way to celebrate my favorite band.
