I mean, we all know that is firmly in his repertoire, but I think the last time I checked there was a swarthy Cubano in that role for the band. Or did I miss a meeting?
This site may brag about Real Estate being their Domain, but isn't part of the RE biz being aware of who your largest clients are?
There's a section in that article about Two Liberty Place, and they say:

Not that I'd mind seeing Richie's arms bunch and flex as he pounds the skins (shut up, pervs) but really. The drummer. Of Bon Jovi.

The indignation wasn't lost on me either, but being called a perv? Come on, Hath, you know as well as I do that we'd LOVE to be wearing the skin he was pounding...repeatedly, deeply.....
