Curiouser and curiouser...
... OK, so I know it's off of TMZ, and we all know how pristine their research is, but this made me laugh.
Imagine the beginning of duelling banjos....
It's Duelling Lawsuits!
A former employee of the Philadelphia Soul -- the 2008 Arena Bowl champs -- is being sued by team owner Bon Jovi and his Arena League Football team for allegedly making his own version of their championship rings and selling them to the general public.
According to a lawsuit filed yesterday, Joe Krause -- a former sales manager for the team -- organized an event at which the rings were for sale. Bon Jovi alleges that the design for the ring, as well as any use of the Soul logo, belongs to him.
JBJ is suing for damages and asking for all the infringing materials to be destroyed.
SEEMS like Joe is trying to get the money he's owed a different way. Jon, Babe, just pay the doofus already and make him go away!

You know I got an email from Joe telling about him offering the rings and I was thinking - How is he able to do that? Guess he wasnt supposed to afterall.
But I do think if he's owed $$$ for the sale of 2008 season tkts the guy should be paid.

OMG...oh Jon...
Kraussey's nuts...that is all...how the hell did he think he was going to get away w/that??/
This whole thing has just got me in knots. I really liked Joe and enjoyed his company at the Soul games. He was kind and funny and went out of his way to do me a huge favor that I will be grateful for forever. I just can't reconcile this lawsuit madness with the guy I thought I got to know.
