Highest Paid Artists
Click me. I'm HUGE! |
According to the latest list of highest paid musicians and artist that Forbes Magazine paid, here are some of the names that you should know are ahead of the others when it comes to their multi dollar performances.
Dave Matthews lands the $51 million earning spot according to Zach O'Malley from Forbes Magazine. This makes him already afford a huge whiskey or even make it double, on the rocks.
Justin Bieber may have earned about $14 million less than what Paul McCartney earned but that still is not that bad for a teenager, right? To think that the Beatles member is actually 51 years younger. In no time at all, Bieber will surely be able to catch up. Bieber is reported to have earned $53 million for a single performance.
Paul McCartney earns about $67 million up to this very point even if his peak days of youth has already come and gone with his former iconic group, the Beatles. He is not content with sitting at home and reaping the profits of their success during the yesteryears for even at an old age, he is still motivated to even be number one in this list.
Lady Gaga seems to be doing the right things with her eccentric concert performances as she earned $90 million according to Forbes for 2011. Regardless of how expensive her pyrotechnic underwear items can be, for sure, with this amount of earnings, it is all still worth it.
Jon Bon Jovi has his prayers all answered up to this point in time of 2011 for his $125 million performance at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival.
But no one still beats Bono and his band U2 for their $195 million performance that made them on top of this list.
