DELIVERY BOY - Rockstar Jon Bon Jovi is seen dodging traffic to return home with a large pizza in New York. Bon Jovi smiles for cameras as he ducks under the trunk of an SUV. The rockstar was filmed singing "America the Beautiful" by an NBC television crew preparing for a special "NFL Kickoff 2011: Back to Football" show Saturday.
