If dessert is included, that table for $50k sounds like a bargain to me!

Because it's a private event, not for the general public.

Do you think its OK for adults with absolutely no connection to a school to be lurking on its website? Sounds creepy to me.

At the time of the original posting, there was nothing on the site to indicate it was a private event (in that only those associated with the organization in question were permitted to attend). Since the, this dislaimer has been put on the event's webpage:
