Gotta say, I'm excited for this to come out. I love concert footage. From the bit that was shown on the trailer, it looks like it'll be great. From some of the comments on the vid, sounds like some people aren't impressed -- they're harping on the overdubs and how their boot of the show sounds totally different.
Uh, no kidding. Unless you were up at the soundboard, it's gonna sound different!
In any event, this is definitely going on my shopping list.
There isn't a release date listed, but I've gotta believe the marketing foks know December would be the best time for this release -- between Christmas coming and the new tour ramping up.... it's just the little bit we need to whet our appetites.
But come ON already!

Yep, very hungry! I am very excited to finally see something on the MSG DVD. I think it will be fantastic! I wanted to be there so bad, but just couldn't swing it. So, I (and I'm sure many others)have been waiting not so patiently for this DVD. I agree, in time for Christmas will be perfect. Jonny, can you hear us?

I think all the live DVDs are pretty significantly dubbed anyway even if Obie claims otherwise. What disappoints me is that if, as the trailer suggests, they're only using footage from the 2nd night... we won't get Dry County, Always, or Bed of Roses.
I was there and cannot wait to relive the MSG dvd-definitely on my Christmas list (if it is available) Jon was on fire the last night of the tour.

I love oot-bay egg-lays as next as the next Jovi girl, but there is something completely different about a produced concert DVD. I just love them! You get angles and perspectives that nobody could possibly have gotten on their own. The two experiences do totally different things for me.
I was there for both shows, so I am really looking forward to “being there” again…. SOON!
