Yes, that's Jon.  And yes, he's got TWITTER up on that laptop!  And I do believe that's a smug "Yeah, I just tweeted" look on his face.

I follow lots of people.  Only a couple actually make it to my blackberry with their tweets (Ozzy, Slash, BonJovi and ShitMyDadSays are it).  Imagine my surprise when I see this tweet hit my 'Berry:
