Genesis Project

At noon today, Mayor Booker and singer and humanitarian Jon Bon Jovi will cut the ribbon to open the Genesis Project Affordable Housing Development.

This project, a partnership with Mr. Bon Jovi's JBJ Soul Foundation and developer HELP USA, will provide 51 new units of affordable housing for low-income and special-needs persons, which will include ground-breaking environmentally friendly ‘green’ features such as a geothermal heating system and a green roof, as well as a 2,500 square-foot community center.
