Resplendent Randomness: Richie and...Usher?

Update: I had the year wrong (way wrong, sorry about that -- that was the video post date -- blame it on the tequila) so I removed it.

    It isn't 2010. I would say somewhere between 2002-2004 because at the end they show Heather so they were still married at the time and Richie wore that shirt during the bounce tour and he looks like he did during that tour.

    Yeah and this song is from 2001-2002. So my guess is like 2002.
